Chief Executive Officer - Walter McCall

Wally McCall was named as Executive Director of The C.R.E.W. in December 1998. In 1999 he was also appointed and continues to serve as a Ventura County Juvenile Justice Commissioner. In 2001, he formed the Ojai Valley Fire Safe Council and sits on the Executive Board. He is also a member of the Los Padres Forest Association Ojai Chapter Board.

Wally is a graduate of UCLA, where he obtained an MSc in Public Health and an MA in Cultural Anthropology. In 2002, he earned a Certificate in Non-Profit Magement from Cal Lutheran University.

Wally has twenty years executive experience in the fields of Health and Alcohol and Drug Dependency Treatment. In addition to managing Adult and Adolescent Drug Treatment Programs he has worked as a consultant on State, County and tribal Mental Health and Drug Treatment Programs in California, Washingston, Iowa, Oregon, and Montana. In 2002, he received Ventura Rotary's First Annual Vocational Excellence Award.

Operations Manager - Marsha Vaughan

Marsha was born in Ojai where she attended Villanova Prepatory School. For 25 years, she has performed a wide variety of office and field management activities including procurement, sales, and client management for plumbing, oil and gas industry companies. She is a very experienced backcountry hiker & horsewoman.
